Sustainable Development Goals for Asia and Europe: Delivery Options for Agenda 2030

19 Octber, 2016 – ASEM SMEs Eco-Innovation Centre (Chairman, Kyu-Dae Lee) co-hosted Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) ENV Forum on SDGs on 19th, October in Sweden in order to contribute to the global effort by bridging Asian and European perspectives in sustainable development through a conference on SDGs and strengthen partnerships centralized on the success of Sustainable Development Goals.

At this ENV Forum,ASEIC held Round Table Discussions on how evidence-based science couldinfluence policy and support stronger governance; how youth and civil societiescould wield enormous power to make choices and to affect positive andsustainable changes; and how the private sector could be integrated as acritical player in bringing about better lives.

Through this forum,ASEIC Expected to be a platform that exchangestheir ideas and share Asian and European perspectives on implementation andmonitoring of SDGs by cooperating with Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), Hanns-Seidel Foundation (HSF), Institutefor Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), Stockholm Environment Institute(SEI).
