ASEIC Eco-Innovation Consulting program final seminars

 ASEM SMEs Eco-Innovation Centre (Chairman, Kyu-Dae Lee) ran ASEM an Eco-Innovation Consulting program during past 6 months and held final seminars to share the result report of consulting with participants companies. These seminars dealt with the project results and good practices.
 
Eco-Innovation Consulting Project aims to help SMEs to adopt green technology and select practical eco-friendly methods through one-on-one diagnoses made by dispatched experts. This project targeted 28 SMEs of 3 developing countries and contributed to implement eco-innovation activities by providing participants with quantified expected effects in environmental and economic aspects.
 
Eco-Innovation is defined as activity that can encourage the efficient use of natural resources and minimize the environmental impacts over the life-cycle. This project consists of diagnosis, customized consulting, and seminars. Through cooperation at the intergovernmental level, ASEIC seeks to provide deeper level of benefit for SMEs, enabling them to explore various ways to utilize eco-innovative strategies based on expertise suggestions.
