Nguyen Quang TuanNational Institute for S&T Policy and Strategy Studies (NISTPASS) of Vietnam indicated that the Vietnamese government intends to apply foresight methodologies to its science & technology and innovation policy for 2020-30. He added that for this purpose, Vietnam plans to expand cooperation with Asia and Europe as well as implement related capacity building for public officials.
