To achieve this mission, GBC provides the following supports to its tenants (SMEs and startups based in the center)

① Office Space: Business incubator rooms, co working spaces, and other shared facilities.
② Professional Consulting Support: Mentoring programs including tax, legal, corporate establishment and management, and marketing.
③ Settlement Guide: Local information about Indonesia and networking sessions among tenant companies.
④ Networking Support: Networking with Indonesian government agencies, organizations, associations, and local buyer identification.
⑤ Information Provision: Investment, business, living, and business environment-related information.
⑥ Other Services: Office equipment, internet, electricity, and communication support.

Thus, GBC expands its role as a hub center for Korean SMEs and startups aiming to enter the Indonesian and ASEAN markets. It actively supports SMEs and startups from ASEAN member countries, including Indonesia, in their market entry within the ASEM region.
